Swirling and twirling around in my head are negative thoughts that don't belong there. My stomach aches with worry over things I can not control. Help me
God. Eliminate my anxiety, squelch my fears. I pray for a future of right decisions, untiring strength, and sound health of mind and body. May this prayer release the heaviness I hold. May I always turn it over to You.
