There are people in the world who think only of themselves. They don't care what happens to other people so long as they get what they want. They put other people down to make themselves feel important.

Then there are other people who do the opposite, who are able to imagine how others feel, and make sure that they don't do things that hurt people.

So, what kind of person do you want to be?

Dear God, help me build bridges not barriers. May my quarrels lead to understanding rather than resentment. Ground my faith in love, devoid of divisive
doctrines and dogmas. Praise to You, dear God, who shapes my soul in Your image.

HE CAME BACK FROM THE DEAD

It took dozens of park rangers, searchers, doctors and nurses, but Michael Knapinski, who became lost amid freezing, whiteout conditions in Mount Rainier National Park recently, was brought back to life in what his medical team is calling a miraculous recovery.
The 45-year-old from Woodinville was on a snowy hike with a friend on the morning of Nov. 7. The two separated below the Muir Snowfield. His friend planned to continue on skis to Camp Muir while Knapinski snowshoed down toward Paradise, where they expected to meet up.

CALL HER HOME

Please pray for my elderly mom, who is almost blind. Her brain is deteriorating and she is dizzy every single day. She is well taken care of but has no quality of life whatsoever. I feel she needs to be called home. I pray that is not wrong. Her suffering is killing me slowly! With the Father in Heaven, she will suffer no more and rest. Forgive me Father I only want relief for my mother, she has been nothing but a Christian soldier for you.
