You expect perfection in many of the little things you encounter each day. Water flows when you turn on the tap, your jar of peanut butter will taste the same each time you buy it. God has blessed you with perfect little miracles like this - say thank you next time you come across one.

Brethren,
We will not fear, we will not be moved. Though the earth gives way and the mountains  fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam  and the mountains quake with their surging, no matter what we may be going through, according to the word in Psalms 46, our God is our refuge and our strength, an ever-present help  in times of  trouble. We will not be downcast. We will not be discouraged. When we pass through the fire, we will not be burned. When we pass through the mighty waters, we will not drown. We will overcome our circumstances. The mighty hand of our God will see us through. We will not be dismayed.  We will blossom in the land of the living. So let these be written. So let these be done. 

 

 

I am praising God today for answered prayer! Sometime ago I asked for prayer here that my husband and I would be able to secure a consolidation loan, despite our poor credit rating. On Nov 26th the loan was approved and we closed on it! We also unexpectedly received money up front to put into savings as a 'cushion' for unforeseen emergencies. Now we can comfortably pay our monthly bills without having to file for bankruptcy! As our credit improves we will also be able to renegotiate a better interest rate. So please join me in praising & thanking our faithful Father and giving Him all the Glory due Him!
