Patience is not passive. It’s not about waiting for something to happen. Patience is the act of becoming more in tune with the unfolding of life. Prayer, is the perfect way to be actively patient. May you be blessed by a growing
intimacy with God, through prayer which is patient, active, and full.

Everything is falling into place perfectly, even though it looks like everything is falling apart. May you be blessed with unwavering faith in God to rebuild your loss and bring you back to a solid foundation for living.

That roiling, boiling, ball of tension lolly-gagging around in your belly needs to leave. May God bless you with tranquility. Find peace within yourself and you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others.

And suddenly you know. It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings. May you be blessed to have the courage to make the change, the strength to see you through it, and the faith to know for certain, everything
will be alright.

That thing you want to do with your whole heart? Yeah, go do it. That thing you kinda want to do maybe? Let it go. Free your mind for something great. May you be blessed to follow your heart and achieve your dreams.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time, accepting hardships as the pathway to
peace. Taking, as You did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it. Trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will, so that I may be reasonably happy in this life, and supremely happy with You forever and ever in the next. Amen

I thank You Lord, for sleep and rest, for all the things that I love best. Now guide me through another day, bless my work and bless my play. Lord, make me strong for noble ends, protect and bless my loving friends. Show grace to me
and all mankind, spread love to all and peace of mind. Amen

Today I will work hard. I will focus and endure. And I will do so cheerfully because today I have the joy of knowing I am “almost there.” I am grateful to You for the work of the week. As I look at my to-do list I am grateful that
there is still time ahead to complete unfinished tasks. My gratitude is great for the relief that lies in the knowledge that work is only one flavor of my life. There will be time to balance to recharge and reconnect. Thank You for the gift of your promise. AMEN

Dear God, When I pray, I am transformed. No longer do I answer to someone else’s call. I am Yours and Yours alone. Though I am responsible to the ones I love and to the job where I work, my earthly obligations disappear in our
moment of unspoken communion. Praise to You, who makes prayer holy. Amen

There are things I don’t understand, but I count on them. Electricity. A compass. Faith. Things that light my way and take me where I need to be. Gravity. Common sense. You. Things I count on to keep my feet on the ground. Melody.
Tenacity. A butterfly’s gossamer wing. Help me hold these in my heart when life looks bleak. Make me pause each day to remember my bountiful blessings. Soften my heart when small slights distract me. Cause me to be worthy of Your grace as I live every day as You would have me live it.

Q-CARD

I rise to taste the dawn, and here find God.

God has chosen me to be a blessing to others.

I take time to let my wounds heal. For my wounds to turn to scars. For my scars to blend and fade. I take my time for precious healing. I go ahead gently, cautious, unafraid.

You may see me struggle but God knows, you will never see me quit.

I am thankful to each and every person who has contributed to my success. I am grateful for God who sent them my way.
