Blessings
Never frown, even when you are sad, you never know who is falling in love with your smile. May you be blessed with happiness aplenty and for the other times...let your lips reflect a positive attitude.
Fear is one of the few things that gets smaller as you walk toward it. May God bless you with bravery as you face your fear and confidently conquer it.
Look at your feet. You are standing in the sky. When you think of the sky, you look up - don't you? But the sky actually begins at the earth. May you be blessed with heaven on earth, God surrounding you, and angels at your doorstep.
Gratitude is the secret to happiness. It's impossible to feel grateful and miserable at the same time. May you be blessed with a state of perpetual gratitude. Live gratefully and life will be an unending happy dance.
You're devout. You praise and you pray. You pray for good fortune, you pray for a lucky break. You pray for God to get you through your time of trouble. Yet, there is one prayer that is the granddaddy of them all: The prayer for strength. May you be blessed with the strength you need to answer your own prayers. Yes, God can do it for you - but He'd much rather you do it for yourself.

Dear God The other day I had a thought. The kind that weaves itself into the mind and takes hold. I realized that I am constantly in fear. Afraid that I can't meet the needs of those I love. Afraid that I'm not enough. God, You are my endless source of possibilities, take me to Your place of calm and build me up. Fear should not exist side by side with faith.
Dear God, I want to be the genuine article. I don't want to be watered down. Diluted. I want Your strong and pure love to come through me in a genuine way. Genuine love coming through me in a way that will bless others. With a divine sincerity- nothing fake. I pray to become a better person by allowing love to freely flow through me without restriction. Without alteration. As genuine as You are, dear God.
You whisper so softly Trust Me. I strain to hear. The clamor and complacency is overwhelming. At first I miss Your precious message Trust Me. Barely, yet clearly I hear God.
Dear God, please intervene. Reunite my body with your blessings...with joy and life and strength. Remind me what it was to be safe in my body. And when I cannot hear Your reminders, cradle me close and rock me, until the pain melts into the comfort of Your presence. Amen

Affirmations
I make a conscious decision, to live today with intensity. I will intensify my senses.  Intensify my focus.  I am intensely awake with hope and anticipation.
Wherever I am I will be there totally. When I find my here and now intolerable I will remove myself from the situation, change it, or accept it.
My heart is open. I give every one a fair chance today.
