CAUSE OF GENERATIONAL POVERTY
“What do you see as the deepest, systemic causes of generational poverty in San Antonio?”
This is the question posed to San Antonio mayor, Ivy Taylor. Her answer caused an uproar. Taylor
makes a joke about the hefty nature of the question, asks the questioner to repeat it, and then says,
