"It's not selfish to do what's right for me"
*from Monday's Prayables, 4/24/17. I think this statement is very
subjective because it assumes people know what's right for them. I think it's the underlying problem in our society today because a lot of people are focused in how it affects them only, and many times it is not right for them or anyone else. Yes, you have to be true to yourself, but many times we fool ourselves into thinking it's the right thing because it's what we want it to be, when in actuality it's not the right thing. Kind of like the statement, "If it feels right, do
it." - Ange I appreciate Ange's sentiments. I definitely agree and see where she is coming from, however, I guess that is the point of free will. Unless we are free to make both good and bad decisions for ourselves, we aren't free at all. People have to have the freedom to do what they want, even if it's not good for them or for others.

ISSUES WITH MY BOSS
I would work so hard and get things done and he wanted the credit for all. He was never willing to help even one bit . On last Thursday I could take it no more when he again criticized that I don't work enough.I complained to his
boss, that's my super boss, and asked him to remove me from the team. That was anyway a long term plan of my boss that by august when the work is done remove me. Please provide me courage and strength. Help my super boss to understand my predicament and help me out. - anonymous |
