I am a train wreck my depression anger frustration I dwell on situation that were in the past and do not know how to stop
thinking negative and being withdrawn. I haven't been in a good mind frame in a long time and I'm drained physically and mentally and I need to get it together. I need peace and serenity my past hardship continue to wreck havoc on my mind and way of thinking. So I found this site and it has given me some good encouraging and uplifting.
