No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up, and don't give up.

Your Daily Blessing

It will take a while for the hurt to heal. But heal you will. It won't be tomorrow, this week, or next, but the memory does fade. The one thing you can do to get instant gratification...is to forgive. May you be blessed with relief. A grudge is like a cancer, it brings pain, worry, and exhaustion. Just let it go and you'll see a new you — healthy, happy, and whole once more.

BEAT STRESS BEFORE IT HAPPENS - NOT WHEN IT HAPPENS

Affirmation
On particularly rough days when I'm sure I can't possibly endure, I will remind myself that my track record for getting through bad days so far, is 100% and that’s pretty good.

Bible Verse

GENESIS 13:17

Arise, walk about the land through its length and breadth; for I will give it to you.

DESPERATE
Please pray for me, I am having problems on my job. I am in danger of losing my job. I just don't know what to do, I am all alone I have no one.

You answered, and then some. You prayed and sent encouragement. Here 's just a few of the messages.

Tom: Trust in God. This too will pass. He'll take care of you.

Sue: Your recent prayer request touched me.There will be a better day. A better way. And you, dear Karen will be better too. May your job worries cease. And may God provide you with all the support you deserve to face the future with confidence and joy in your heart.

Sallee: God is always with you. You are never alone. Open your heart to Him and be filled with peace.

Karen responded.

Thank you all so very much. It is so hard for me right now, on top of the problems that I am dealing with at work, I just found out that a very dear friend just died, and on Friday I was betrayed by someone who I thought was a really good friend. I just don't know how much more I can take. Please, please continue to pray for me, I just don't know how long I can take it. I just want to give up, but something keeps telling me not to. Thank you for your encouraging words, you just don't know how much it means to me. I am truly grateful to you and everyone for all the prayers and encouragement. May I ask that you please keep me in prayer? I know that this is just temporary.
