THE LONG STORY

My name is Angela. I live in New Jersey. I am now 60 Years of age, but I look to be about 30.

I then been in this, my 6th Rental Unit and Applied in 2003 for Section8 Rental Assistance and had to be on Waiting List. I Waited to get Rental Assistance for 5 Years while living here and there, and Homeless.

In 2007, I got Approved for a One Bedroom, because that was all the Section8 Rental Assistance would Pay for. Well, I then been in about this my 6th Rental Unit. All 6th Landlords were Shoddy. I went from Cock Roach Infestation to Bed Bug Ingestion, to Bad Leaking Roofs, it was Horrible!!

I took one Landlord to Court for Renting me a Cock Roach Infested Apartment and I Broke the Lease 6 Months Early and my Attorney told the Judge to tell the Landlord to Give Me Back My Security Deposit because he was not going to give me back my Deposit!!!!!!! Shyster Landlord down Asbury Park, NJ.

Then I had to take another Landlord to Court because he had Bed Bug Infestation, and he failed to have the Rental Unit fully Cleaned for me when I moved in. When I moved out he called himself taking monies out of my Security Deposit because he Claimed I left Residue on his Carpet. And that came from Powder Solution I put down on the Filthy Carpet to Kill them Nasty Bed Bugs!!!

The Check he Mailed me I could tell he deducted Monies he should not of had to deduct!!!! I got some monies back he deducted!!!!!!

Now, this present case, I need your Prayers for this Attorney I have contacted to get this Court Case Settled. The Defendants Attorney wants a Trial, but I want to see if they can Settle with me a Substantial Settlement, not derogatory settlement!!! The Discovery Date ends in June.
