I use this site as part of my daily meditation. I thought it was a prayer site. Recently you have changed to making this a political site with 4 recent posts. I do not need to read posts from people that think I am evil and also my children and grandchildren. All these posts start from the premise that I must admit my deep evil before we can have a conversation about my evilness because they are wonderful clear thinking groups or individuals. If it is your intention to make this a political site please say so. I have a group of friends that find this site uplifting but we are unhappy about this recent change in tone. Is this now a political site?

Thanks for reaching out and for your support of Prayables. I am sorry you are offended by some of my recent posts. It is NOT my intention to be political, and I apologize if it appears so. I select features for the Daily Prayables that inspire me. That's my first and foremost objective. I am non-partisan and I will sometimes (not often) share pieces written by people from both sides of the aisle, and occasionally it may be a quote or think piece from a politician.

I am not sure where your feelings came from that caused you to feel you and your family come from evil. I can certainly understand that you would not be comfortable in that position. I will vet the features with a more skeptical eye in the future. If in any way an author comes across as demeaning to other people, you can be sure I will not publish it. I care deeply about your feelings and the feelings of people like you, who are good, caring, and faith-filled. I hope that you will continue to use Prayables as part of your daily meditation. In the future, if you see something displeasing, I would appreciate your help by calling me out on a piece specifically. If you felt that way, others might too, and then I can address it with the whole community.
