My mother Martha is currently in assisted living and has been diagnosed with a neurological condition that affects her mobility and her ability to swallow. She is on a puree diet and wheelchair-bound but she does have some independence. She wants to have a regular diet and maintain her sense of independence. She has qualified for therapy and intervention. She is a believer and raised her family in the church but seems to have lost her faith over the years. She has replaced her prayers with words of I can't and it won't work. I ask for prayer for my moms' mental state and spiritual state, for her hope, strength, and faith to be renewed. Then my prayer is that her physical body would respond well to therapy. Thank you
