The world doesn’t revolve around you. It’s the big bright sun that gets all the attention. The take away is remembering there is always going to be something greater than
yourself. It’s a blessing to be humbled by your own smallness.

Peace is not something to struggle with. It’s a gift you were born with. Use your peace. Massage it with prayer, embolden it with good deeds, refresh it with kindness. Thank
God daily for the blessing of peace.

Replace judgement with curiosity. It’s so much nicer to wonder rather than assume. May God bless you with an open mind, and open heart and open arms to the people you meet.

Each morning as you lay in bed before you open your eyes, commit yourself to making the day a good one. It’s not the events of the day that affect your happiness, it is the
choice you make in the sacred time between waking up and getting up. May God bless you to accept the charge. Choose happy.

I offer to you all that I am not, to create with it all that I am. Send Your forces around me, through me and to me. Gently, yet boldly. Undeniably. I forgive myself for past
violations. Through darkness I’ve crawled just to meet You here. All the sacrifice lies behind me. Your mercy stands before me. And my power finally lies within me.

Dear God, You made me as an individual, one who has free will, choice and the power to make change. Remind me to pray first, to be strong, and to try solving problems on my
own before reaching out to someone else, without expectations of help from the next person, the government, or my community. God bless me with an independent spirit. amen

Working is another way I pray. I use the ability God gives me to do the labors of an everyday life. Praying is another way I love. To lose myself in prayer is sweet like a
kiss, a hug, an unexpected caress. Loving is another way I live. Implanted in my soul is passion, alive with compassion and joy. Living is prayer, labor, and love – God’s expectation for me.

Help Me Be the Reason Dear God, Help me be the reason someone believes in Your goodness. Amen

Dear God, thank You, for life, for endings, for laughter, for tears, for desire, for satisfaction, for warmth, for cool breezes, for open air, for shelter, for energy, for
relaxation, for joyful noise, for quiet, for hope, for faith, for all this and more, I am forever grateful.
