Sometimes...this is all you need.

Replace judgement with curiosity. It's so much nicer to wonder rather than assume. May God bless you with an open mind, and open heart and open arms to the people you meet.

Working is another way I pray. I use the ability God gives me to do the labors of an everyday life. Praying is another way I love. To lose myself in prayer is
sweet like a kiss, a hug, an unexpected caress. Loving is another way I live. Implanted in my soul is passion, alive with compassion and joy. Living is prayer, labor, and love God's expectation for me.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF JUST ONE

Michigan quarterback commit J.D. Johnson was forced to retire recently due to an issue with his heart.

In a message posted to his Twitter account, Johnson revealed that doctors discovered a heart issue called coarctation of the aorta, which cannot be corrected by surgery. Johnson, a three-star prospect in the 2020 class, medically retired after learning that playing a contact sport could rupture his aorta or limit blood to his brain.

Despite the diagnosis, Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh told Johnson his scholarship will be honored and he has the option of joining the Michigan staff in some capacity.

"(Harbaugh) demonstrated a high level of loyalty to a player that will never throw a TD pass for him," Johnson said in the tweet. "I already bled Michigan BLUE, but Coach Harbaugh demonstrated an example to me, like the old 'Starfish Parable.'

"You cannot impact everyone's life, but sometimes making a difference in the life of just one counts for something," Johnson added.

THIS UNFORTUNATE LOSS

I have lost my wedding band, many prayers to St. Anthony have gone out. Every time I think on this loss after having it for 58 years And now it seems to be gone, I not only pray, cry, but worry about my heart, as I have issues with that.
