VETERAN'S DAY STORY IN VIDEO
In August 2005, Marine Lance Cpl. Travis Williams and his squad were sent on a rescue mission in Barwanah, Iraq. En route, their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb. Of Travis’ entire 12-person team, he alone survived. Here, Travis reflects on the hours and days after the explosion, as well as his life now, and pays tribute to the men he left behind.

AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION - WE NEED PRAYERS
My daughter is bipolar. My son & I went to her apt to help pack for moving. ( this is day b/f she’s suppose to move, has not lined up a truck or people to help, has not reserved a storage unit for her furnishings, & really has no place to move except for 2weeks of house sitting!)....
We worked 2 hrs while she went to get food to take w/ her medicine, & talk on phone... when she returned, she yelled at us, it got bad, & she kicked us out... that was 4 days ago... no communication from her since... as a mom, this really hurts me.. I’ve supported her thru many moves, bailed her out of financial bills, & have supported her b/c I knew something is wrong w/ her brain/ she’s sick......this really hurts. I don’t know if she moved or where
she is at the moment. I’m asking for support for both of us. Amen.
