Blessings

Passion comes from feeling needed, from approaching mastery from doing work that matters. May you be blessed to be passionate in love, labor, and life.

Look for love in all the sacred spaces found somewhere between the divine and the mundane. May God bless you with discovery of a love so pure, unlike any other, satisfying to your soul.

When you work too hard on being virtuous you can become self-absorbed and off-putting to others. But when you simply do good deeds, one after another, you become a living example of the virtues you seek. May you be blessed with holiness
that comes easily with kindness.

A General doesn’t underestimate the enemy. The corporate CEO doesn’t underestimate the competition. You should not underestimate the power of God. May you be blessed to use God’s power to defeat your enemies and to find peace in the
victory.

When bad things happen to you, do not ask the question, “Why did it happen to me?” Ask the question, “Why did it happen for me?” May you be blessed to learn from misfortune.

Lord it is a most difficult situation. Send help. Send blessings. Send favor. I am willing and able to work hard. Bring me strength. Help me cope. I wait patiently for sure resolution. Amen

Father, listen to my unsaid prayers. The ones buried deep in my heart where my lips have no access. I come before You with urgency in my soul. Help this child grow in Your way, let me travel safely down Your path, bless me with favor.

Lord, I am so aware of You when I walk throughout Your cities. My eyes and my senses are in full worship. I see the blaze of color in the brightly lit urban landscape and I am filled with shock and awe. How can it be that I am so
privileged to be a witness to Your creation? Thank You for the gift of light. Thank You for the gift of life.
