Dear God, You are my tried and true valentine. I don’t need to buy you flowers, or candy, or a greeting card to express my love. I let my heart send you gifts of prayer and
praise and You are satisfied. Thank You for being mine.

I relax in the peace and silence of God’s loving presence. I let go of all outer concerns and place them in the hands of my God. I am calm and still and receiving God’s
blessings. I am a beloved child of God, and God’s loving presence flows through me now and always.

You made me. You started with my soul, gave me a marvelous mind, and wrapped it all up with the body I call “Me”. Your human is intricately engineered. Each component relies
on the other, and covers for another when the spirit is depleted, the brain gets foggy, and when there is illness or injury. O, brilliant God, Thank You for Your ways, thank You for my days.

My sister is a gift from God. She answers my call when faith fails and doubt prevails. She’s there to lift me when I am shaken up and beaten down. My sister reminds me to be
grateful when gratitude goes missing. May God protect and empower her, for she is a most deserving soul.

Dear God, be with me all day long, till the sun fades, and the frenzy of activity has finally subsided. Night comes, Your will is done, and You give me a safe place to lay my
head. Morning appears, body refreshed, soul refilled, and we start the cycle all over again, You and I, all day long.
