SURRENDER MODE

During a routine medical exam yesterday I was sent to the ER for a blood pressure reading of 209/100. Initially, I was anxious and afraid. I went to the ER as they instructed and after a number of blood tests, exams, even an EKG (all came back good!) I was put on medicine for hypertension and encouraged to commit to some lifestyle changes. From the moment I felt the fear begin to try and take over, I went into prayer and surrender mode. I know Gods got me, and I wanted to share how he is faithful and hears all of our prayers. Even when we may feel scared and alone.
