Let's say you're watching a television program that is boring. Or annoying. Or just plain dumb. You change channels or turn it off. Right? 'Cause you have the right and privilege to select what is worthwhile of your attention and time. Same goes for the endless play of thoughts and emotion that take up the sacred screen inside your head.
