Don't promise when you're happy. Don't reply when you're angry.

Saturday's Blessing
Every so often, you look up for a minute - to breathe, or sigh, or stretch, or whatever it is that separates you from all the stuff that you do all the time, and you realize just how impossibly full your life is in that very moment. And skidding into that realization is a rush of gratitude and a sense of wholeness. May you be blessed to have such a minute today.
It's time to forward the Daily Blessings!
Thank you to Stacey Zisook Robinson for writing today's blessing.
Ten-time Grammy winner Bobby Mc Ferrin is an American vocalist and conductor. He is best known for his 1988 hit song "Don't Worry, Be Happy". We love the pep and pizazz he put into that recording and we were curious to see what Bobby does with the 23rd Psalm. Holy Moly! Check it out!

In December 1966, Leroy Powell of Austin, Texas, was convicted of public intoxication and fined $20 in a municipal court. Powell appealed his conviction to Travis County court, where his lawyer argued that he suffered from “the disease of chronic alcoholism.” Powell’s public display of inebriation therefore was “not of his own volition,” his lawyer argued, making the fine a form of cruel and unusual punishment. A psychiatrist concurred, testifying that Powell was powerless not...READ MORE
“Prayer is not asking. Prayer is putting oneself in the hands of God, at His disposition, and listening to His voice in the depth of our hearts.”
