You can get frustrated because it's all so damned hard. Or you can approach the mysteries of this world with an open mind, patience, and a whole lot of optimism. May you be blessed with the power
of self-protection. Don't let anyone or anything burst that bubble of joy that encircles your heart and floats within your soul. "The Sabbath is not, I think, about letting go.
