Those who anger you, control you. Why, oh why do you let yourself get all worked up? Right, right, we know. "Some people" have a lot of nerve. They do messed up stuff that makes you M-A-D. But, you have the power to control your anger. You are blessed with an internal spiritual mechanism that disengages anger. It's called prayer. Not the complaining, blowing-off steam kind of prayer. The peaceful kind. The kind of prayer that starts with praise for God and ends with gratitude for all the good that is in your life. Take control. Pray.
