An ancient sage once said,
When I was young, I said to God in all my prayers: Give me energy so that I can change the whole world. Everybody and everything looked wrong to me. I was a revolutionary and I wanted to change the face of the
earth.
When I became a little more mature I said to God: This seems to be too much. Life is going out of my hands–almost half of my life is gone and I have not changed a single person. The whole world is too much. So I decided my family will be enough. I will change my family.
And when I became old, I realized: even changing my own family is too much, and who am I to change them? I prayed to God, to
give me strength to change myself, it would be enough, more than enough.
God cried out from the heavens: My child, at last you understand - each person has only the ability to influence and lead by example. Change comes from within.
