How many times have you realized that no one is talking about the one thing which needs to be discussed? Having an "elephant in the room" is destructive...a disaster waiting to happen. May you be blessed with graceful gumption of large proportions to discuss what others avoid. Use your wisdom to discuss the "elephants"
