Angels are simply messengers. They aren’t necessarily heavenly. God has many ways, and many angels, working on Earth to bring reminders, teach moral lessons, and to change lives. May you be blessed with an angel encounter and may your heart be open to recognize it.
Be an angel and forward today's message.

Archeologists are virtually unraveling ancient hidden texts that could rewrite biblical history. For nearly 50 years, a charred ancient parchment, discovered at the archaeological site En-Gedi in Israel, has remained unreadable. FOR I AM HELPLESS AND ALONE

O most holy apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend, people honor and invoke you universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, for I am so helpless and alone. Please help to bring me visible and speedy assistance. Come to my aid in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly the expired registration on my truck due to back taxes.

Today's Affirmation

...I will turn to the book of Psalms which celebrate God’s love and the assurance that the Blessed Controller of All Things, is in charge of the universe from the beginning to end.
Daily Bible Verse

Oopsie!
Thank you to Joe B. whose keen eye caught a typo in Wednesday’s Bible Break. Here is the correct attribution:

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous - how well I know it.
Psalms 139:14

And because we just can't get enough of gratitude verse...here's another:

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good
His mercy endures for ever.
Psalms 107:1

And one more, cuz everything in threes make us happy!

This is the day which the Lord has made
we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalms 118:24

Today's opening quote is an excerpt from the "Joy Poem" by Carl Sandburg.
