Be so busy loving God that your mind has no time for worry, fear, regret or drama. Surely you have a friend who takes a lot of ribbing for his diet rich in unpronounceable whole grains and vegetables. On the other hand, while you admire his steadfast commitment, your cravings are for fast foods and sweets. May you be blessed to find your way to enjoyment of a healthy diet.

There are times when my love for You burns so powerfully within my heart and the words of prayer seem to rush forth quickly and without deliberation. At such times it is not me who is speaking, rather it is Your Spirit that is coming through me. Praise to You,
Holy One, Creator of the Word. Please pray for me. Our family business is on the verge of collapsing and I am helpless to do anything to stop it. There are many families who depend on the income from the business. May the good Lord help me find a way through this. Thank you for your prayers. to pray for others.
