You were born because you were meant to be important to someone. God's plan for you has always been for you to be the one they turn to. The comforter. The giver of support. May you be blessed to live out your destiny in love to another. 

Today…I am at sea, yet not far from the harbor. I row forward, scenting progress, yet prone to doubt my own abilities. Dearest God, my Companion, help me experience this day like Balboa, first sighting the Pacific: wide-eyed, without cynicism, a vista of incredible opportunities, with endless routes to success. Please stay close by; this ship takes two to steer.

Please pray with us for our father. His scan showed his prostate cancer may have spread. Please pray with us that he will be responsive to his hormone therapy and that his psa level will go down to normal and will heal and stop the spread. Thank you!

Yesterday - after his elevated psa diagnosis 3 months ago and a possible cancer spread in his bones, my dad received his blood test showing his psa level dropping from a high 48 to a very low 0.26!!!! Thank you for lifting up our prayer intentions for our dad. We praise and thank the Lord for this healing! We claim complete healing in His Name! Thank you and please continue to pray for our dad. God bless you all!

Once I saw this guy on a bridge about to jump.

I said, "Don't do it!"

He said, "Nobody loves me."

I said, "God loves you. Do you believe in God?"

He said, "Yes."

I said, "Are you a Christian or a Jew?"

He said, "A Christian."

I said, "Me, too! Protestant or Catholic?"

He said, "Protestant."

I said, "Me, too! What franchise?"

He said, "Baptist."

I said, "Me, too! Northern Baptist or Southern Baptist?"

He said, "Northern Baptist." I said,

"Me, too! Northern Conservative Baptist or Northern Liberal Baptist?"

He said, "Northern Conservative Baptist."

I said, "Me, too! Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region, or Northern Conservative Baptist Eastern Region?"

He said, "Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region."

I said, "Me, too!" “Northern Conservative, Baptist Great Lakes Region Council of 1879, or Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region Council of 1912?" He said, "Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region Council of 1912."

I said, "Die, heretic!"

And I pushed him over.
