As I go through the activities of daily living, may I never forget You, dear God. It’s You who brought me to this place and time. It’s You, guiding me through the mountain peaks and deepest valleys. You lead, I follow. We thank You.

Dear God, I see Your majesty all around me. My heart opens wide, and I stand in awe. Thank You for the vision of all that is mine to enjoy.

Bless my son with wisdom and thoughtful reasoning, with ambition that’s tempered by concern for others, and always, dear God, be with him as he continues to grow and go forth in life

Dear God, bless my precious daughter. Empower her with confidence as she boldly goes forth in a world filled with opportunities and challenges, heartthrobs and heartbreaks. May she always be in close communion with You, and may good fortune follow her all the days of her life.

Dear God, help me put down the devices that tempt me. Time wasted, time I can never get back. Take me offline, where I may enjoy the bounty you have placed within my reach: less screentime, more humankind, blessed time with You, and Yours.
