LOTTERY LUCK
 

Lucky was a man in town who had absolutely no luck. Nothing ever went his way.

He wasn’t a real bright guy to begin with, yet one day he won the lottery.

People gathered around and asked Lucky, "What’s the secret of your success? You’re the most unlucky person we know. You’re not a great intellectual who could figure out the numbers. How did you win the lottery?"

He answered, "There are seven days of the week and twelve months a year, I figure out what 7x12 equals; 83, and then I repeat it until I fill up the spaces for the lucky number, and I’m a winner!"

"Wait a minute," one guy in the crowd says, "with your formula, the lucky number would be 848484, but you played 838383, and that was the winner."

"Ah-hah!" says Lucky. "That’s how I won. "After all these years, not being smart finally paid off!"
