Dear God, my rock and my protector. You steady me when I am off balance. You fortify me when temptation seeps through the cracks of my defenses. For You make everything better, I offer my prayer to You today.

Dear God, I seek You as a partner in every significant act. My deciding and doing are all done with direction from You. When it’s a win, I celebrate. When there are setbacks and disappointments, I turn to You for my consolation. Thank You, God of guidance.

Dear God, may peace reign between us. Remind me that every disagreement doesn’t have to turn into a battle. Help us work out our issues with patience, respect, and love.

My senses are alive with the promise of goodness around me. Thank you, dear God, for sight and smell, taste and textures. Blessed are You who gives me vision to see Your wonders and enables me to hear Your Word.

Today is the day I walk the talk. I take on the impossible, I embrace the difficult, I resolve to do whatever it takes to get done what I have previously left unfinished. Blessed is God who graces me with determination.
