Dear God, In the hustle of the season, remind me to slow down. Show me the magic and the beauty I might miss. Be my guide to peaceful contemplation, relaxation, and appreciation. Thank You, O Holy One.

This season is more than a story that leads us to celebration. It’s a gift from You, dear God. I pray I can unwrap it, adore it, and share my joy unto the world. Thank You for Being.

Dear God, May this day be merry and bright, filled with joy, harmony, and peace. Let no one be lonely. Let all know the glory of You.

Dear God, It’s not just words I offer to You. I give You the whole of my attention while my heart expands to receive Your Presence. Let us have a Divine conversation. My language is love.

Let us pray for fewer security guards and more tolerance. Less name-calling and more understanding. An end to hate and love overflowing. May God bless us all. May our differences become a source of pride, and may acceptance triumph over division. prayer inspired by the words of Jill Whelan
