Dear God, still this inner critic who stifles my imagination, dulls my desire, and discourages me daily. I pray to be filled only with Your spirit of confidence, love of self, and faith. Blessed are You, who hears my prayers.

God made water. Cry. Cleanse. Flow. Let go. God brought on fire. Burn. Tame. Adapt. Ignite. God gave us air. Observe. Breath. Focus. Decide. God created earth. Ground. Build. Produce. Give. God is within. Connect. Listen. Know. Be still.

Dear God, I am overjoyed knowing You go before me to guide, protect, and lead me to peace and prosperity.

Praise to You, Holy Father, Almighty King. Thank You for daily habits, a sun that rises, and a moon to usher in the night. Blessed is rest and restoration. Blessed is my life.

O Lord, I am richly blessed, and it all comes from You. My faith sustains me, and You engage me. Thank You for the people I love, the work that I do, the fun that I enjoy. Life is good.

Think before you speak, and be careful about what you say to God. God is in heaven, and you are on the earth, so say only a few words to God. Ecclesiastes 5:2

Exercise daily, and find strength in the Lord. May you be blessed with good health, both physically and spiritually.
