WHERE DO OUR BELOVED PETS GO WHEN THEY DIE?
Â
Last week we published a feature that was part Dear Abby, and part explanation of different religious views on whether pets go to heaven, do they have souls, is there life after death for our furry friends? READ HERE

Our good friend Launa shared this testimonial:
Â
"I am here to testify that pets DO live on in the afterlife. Not only that, but they CAN reincarnate back into
your life. Religion has nothing to do with it. Let me share this with you.
When my cat Bubba died in my arms, I was crushed. My heart was broken. I raised him from a kitten after his mama had been hit by a car. Â
Â
That Sunday I cried all day blaming myself,
for he has choked on a pill I was trying to give. him. My husband is not an "animal" person so he didn't understand my grief. He is also allergic (or so he says) so that much better for him, since that meant only one cat left, Baby. His only rule, NO CATS in the bedroom, which we complied.
That night just after crawling into bed, I felt a cat jump up and walk across the bed and laid down between my husband and I. I knew immediately, it was Bubba. My
heart filled with tears of joy, but before I could respond to him, my husband jumped out of bed shouting, "OK who the hell is in here???"Â (he was looking for the other cat)
He turned on the light, and looked under the bed, searching the room for Baby who wasn't IN the room. He was confused, I asked him what he was doing. He said, "I felt the cat jump up onto the bed, where is
she?"
Realizing he shared my experience, I explained to him, that what he felt was Bubba coming to see me. He looked at me like I was crazy and returned to bed and turned off the light while mumbling.
You see, I am used to such encounters of the afterlife. Been having them all my life. However this was the first time it was one of my PETS. It was also the first time it happened with someone else in the room
with me at the same time who experienced the event with me. That was new for me. It was then I realized our pets live on in the afterlife as well, which eased my grief.
As for my husband, well we were only married 3 months when Bubba died. It has now been almost 30 years later and he has witnessed to many more things since. He no longer laughs at these kinds of things, he is a believer now, for he has experienced it first hand many
times.
To all my pets in HEAVEN, until we meet again my loves!"
