HUMP DAY ORIGIN STORY
I read your email every day and love it. I’m very grateful that you compile it and send it daily. That is amazing service. I just want to point out that use of the term “hump day” implies that we have to get over a hump in the middle of the week and that Monday and Tuesday have to be endured. I prefer to live by the creed that every day is a gift. That’s why we call it the present.

Hi David, Good to hear from you and to receive your kind words of encouragement. I like your thinking! Every day certainly is a gift. Hump Day started many years ago at Prayables when I shared the iconic Geico commercial about the smart-aleck camel. One reader said camels make her smile. She suggested a Hump Day camel should be a weekly feature. If you don't mind, I'd like to share your message and my response and get feedback from the community.
Blessings, Susan
