AN ADULT PARABLE
 

The fisherman took the fish off the line and left it flapping on the concrete.

A young child and his father walked by.  "Look, Daddy, the fish is so happy,  it’s dancing!"

Little did the young child realize the fish was gasping for air.

And so it is with the excessive celebrating we see on holidays, and breaks from school or work. 

Frantic activity, drinking, drugs, hilarious laughter, movements that look like dancing, yet surely are cries for connections and meaning.

MY FAMILY

Thank you for the blessings me and my family have received. I would like to pray for the health of my father as he is currently being admitted in a hospital. Also, I would like to pray as well for my mother and sister, that they would be able to withstand any challenges now.
