MY QUESTION FOR GOD
Abraham argued with God when God wanted to destroy Sodom. I
believe that there will be times when we will at least question God when we cannot understand what is happening.
It is a little like that when I consider the degree of hatred, misunderstanding, and division that exists in our families, countries, and world.
Knowing that God wants His children to get along and be good to each other, my question to God would be:
Why, God, have you not made it easier for humans to learn how to take intentional control of themselves…
their egoic minds… so they can manage their reactions and have more skillfulness in their dealings with each other?
There are small pockets of people devoted to this, but not enough… and I wonder and am curious as to why God has made it so difficult for this to become a central and compelling reality and quest for us human beings.
