Hey — are you present right here, right now? May God bless you with a spirit of awareness in every living moment.

I become quiet and focused on the Spirit of God. Alone in the holy presence, I feel a sense of serenity. I rediscover how refreshing it feels to be calm. I
feel like waves of peace are washing over me and clearing away all tension and anxiety. I know I am eternally one with God.

MORE PRAYERS FOR A MILITARY MAN

My son, Michael, is a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force. He suffers depression, PTSI (injury, not a disorder) and an addiction to alcohol. He’s in a bad way and I know there’s nothing I can do but pray. So, I’m reaching out & asking for more – much MORE – of the same. This young man is a husband, father, my hero, and best friend. He’s not just any airman, he’s, my son. Thank you in advance.
